*This challenge is appropriate for intermediate fitness levels. This is not high level 1:1 coaching, but as close to it as you’ll get!*

*Every participant has the chance to use their challenge investment towards 1:1 coaching with me after the challenge ends!*

  • CHALLENGE DATES: JANUARY 7TH-MARCH 3RD

Qualifications: female (ages 18-40), no current serious injuries or illness, gym membership, at least some experience lifting weights, available to submit bi-weekly check-in with progress photos, team mentality, group support, and enthusiasm required! :)
