I took a step back to recalibrate and realign myself with my goals this year (in every area, not just fitness).⁣

I’ve never felt mor
I used to waste 12–15 hours a week trying to get lean.😫

Lifting for 2+ hours… then stairmaster for 30–60 mins.

6 days a week. Every week. And being so for real? I still wasn’t happy with my body.

It’s 1pm and I’ve already done more for my health than I used to do in an entire week…⁣
