I didn’t start lifting because I loved it, or wanted to change my body, I truly hated working out. I needed a mental health outlet, but I fell in love with training because of who it made me become. ⁣

All jokes aside, sometimes the things that annoy or frustrate us actually push us to show up consistently. I say use whatever energy you’ve got to create momentum,

If I look back honestly it was a cycle of pushing, burning out, being forced to simplify, and then rebuilding with way more intention than before. Over and over and over.⁣
