I help women stop the chronic dieting cycle, gain the confidence they need in the weight room & learn to maintain their dream body!
I know how it feels to get started and be COMPLETELY LOST in the fitness space - I was just a struggling girl with no results, no support, and no idea what I was doing wrong.
6 years ago, I was very unhappy and unhealthy. I decided to become a Certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Specialist in 2014 and turn that all around. I started out training in gyms and training studios, until 2016 when I took my personal training business online.
Fast forward to 2019, and I’ve now helped HUNDREDS of clients achieve their goals and get started towards a healthier lifestyle.
I specialize in helping + EDUCATING women who are beginner to intermediate level gym-goers, maybe already dabbling in the gym, but struggling to “figure it all out.”
Every single day, you woke up feeling leaner, had more energy, and LOVED your meal plan, fitness routine, and lifestyle…
You never felt restricted with your diet and you could eat ~almost~ whatever you want, whenever you want + still see results…
You knew exactly what to do to reach your goals and you had no problem staying consistent…
This is how it goes for most women who are attempting to get started in the gym, “tone up”, and lose weight:
They go to the gym for one week, expecting to see huge results overnight & get discouraged, then “fall off.” (lack of consistency)
They cut out entire food groups (all carbs, all sugar, etc.) - end up feeling restricted and then eat everything in sight. (lack of sustainable approach)
They keep trying to “do it alone” and follow random IG & Pinterest workouts, take nutrition advice from 20 different sources and try to piece together how to *hopefully* make this whole weight loss thing work. (lack of experience)
Lift With Laura Coaching focuses on helping women learn how to eat for their goals without feeling restricted, gain confidence in the gym & become empowered at reaching their goals for life.

What is the cost?
I do not have a buy button on my site because I only work with a limited amount of clients at a time and I truly believe in connecting with potential clients and seeing if we’re a good fit before going into a coaching relationship.
Do you offer help with nutrition only?
I do not offer stand alone nutrition help. I know from years of experience that the best results come from focusing on both training & nutrition with clients.
What are the workouts like?
Custom for YOUR lifestyle! My clients workout anywhere from 2-6x a week, with an emphasis on strength training and cardio only added as needed. Workouts are all under one hour.
How often do we communicate?
You have access to me 24/7. I communicate with all clients at least on a weekly basis via our client check ins, and some clients I communicate with as much as daily. Whatever support you need, I am here!
Is there a payment plan option?
Yes! We can discuss payment plan options on our discovery call.
